At GetDatabase.in, we strive to deliver high-quality, verified business data that meets the specific marketing and outreach needs of our clients. Due to the digital nature of our products and the sensitive nature of contact data, we maintain a clear and strict refund and exchange policy as outlined below:

 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once a data order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Low response rates

    • Inability to use the data due to user-side software or technical limitations

  • Clients are advised to thoroughly evaluate the sample (if provided), data category, and format before placing the order.

 Exchange Policy (Conditional)

We understand that some datasets may contain a small percentage of inactive or outdated contacts. While we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, we do offer a one-time exchange under the following condition:

  • If more than 10% of the data provided includes:

    • Invalid or unreachable mobile numbers

    • Wrong categories or mismatched industries

Then:

  • You must report the issue within 10 days of purchase

  • Share a list of affected numbers with us (in Excel or CSV format)

  • Our team will verify the entries and provide an equivalent replacement dataset free of charge

 Please note: Exchanges are only processed once and only if more than 10% of data is verifiably incorrect.

 File Corruption or Delivery Issues

  • If the downloaded file becomes corrupted during download, this is typically a result of:

    • Local system/network issues

    • Internet Service Provider (ISP) errors

  • We will not entertain complaints related to such corruption after 24 hours from the time of delivery/download attempt

  • Clients are requested to verify and download files promptly upon receipt
